Spring has sprung, and so have I!

Hands down spring is my favorite season! From the beautiful flowers that start blooming, warmer weather, the peace and calm feeling rain brings and of course the beautiful and sunny days.

And of course the delicious spring meals I can make. This spring dish is something I love throwing together. It has roasted asparagus, arugula, lemon and of course pasta. And an optional protein and you got a perfect lunch or dinner on a gorgeous sunny day. Super yummy and easy to make!
