When life gives you eggs, make a frittata

Or something like that..But without any hesitation spring is hands down my favorite season. I just love that the weather starts warming up, green grass growing after a cold and dull winter, fresh flavors of asparagus/herbs, etc, but you get the idea. And adding lemons is like adding that cherry on the cake. I love experimenting with different spring flavors and bring them all together. This frittata is no exception. And the best part of this meal you can have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It doesn’t get any better than that! But see for yourself and taste the flavors of spring.
