Meal Prep Part 3

You know sometimes you don’t want to spend all day or the time cooking for meal prep meals. I get it and I understand. With these three meals they are perfect for those. Overnight oats are a wonderful and easy breakfast option. And they are so delicious with the nice and warmer months to come. And the best part is they are so versatile on what flavor combo you want. I always enjoyed blueberry and almond combo. It is definitely one of my favorites. then tuna-fish is an affordable and great protein. Add some flavorings and you got a great tuna-fish salad. I always enjoy having a lettuce wrap with mine and serving it with some great fruit or veggies and you got a light and yummy lunch/dinner. And I won’t spoil the last meal but see for yourself these meals take little to no time and no cooking involved just assemble them and you got an easy peasy leamon squeezy meal from start to finish.
