January has been a weird month as far as weather goes..We have had some really cold temps, then today felt like a fall day, and going back to being cold. But one thing for certain is I am glad national French onion soup falls on January 12th. Why you ask?
Well, I am all about comfort and yummy food on these nasty cold, rainy, and snowy days. Something about the melted cheese, toasted bread and a hearty soup just warms me inside and out. And this is one soup you will want to make and celebrate the day for. My French onion soup.
