Growing up one of my absolute favorite dishes that my parents made for my brother and me was chicken parmesan. And I tell you this was so delicious. Moist chicken, my mom’s homemade gravy (marinara) sauce, and then topped with ooey gooey mozzarella cheeses.
Which, admittedly as a kid I didn’t care much for cheese. In my defense I blamed blue cheese because it was so strong and overwhelming that I thought all cheeses were like that. But boy was I wrong?! And now as an adult I love all cheeses. I am glad my taste buds definitely changed for the better.
But anyways let me show how easy it is to make chicken parmesan at home and that you don’t need to go to a fancy restaurant to enjoy it! Come and let’s head to chicken parmesan land shall for this adventure!?
Feel free to pair this chicken with pasta and extra gravy or sometimes I like to do is pair it with caesar salad.
