Growing up I was blessed and thankful I had food loving parents. Italian dishes were my favorite growing up. And I remember the times I would help my folks in the kitchen making gravy or forming the meatballs. This is where I got my food knowledge and love for food. And no matter how crazy busy they were they always found time to make a delicious meal for my brother and me. Plus they always had a delicious food spread for get togethers, parties, or any social event. One of my favorite meals my mom made was her stuffed shells. Ooey gooey cheesy goodness, sweet and delicious marinara sauce, just warms you inside and out. I love making this year around and for Halloween this year I decided to give them a little twist.
