Well, maybe not quite to that extreme…But maybe the chicken couldn’t wait for fall. I don’t know about you but fall is definitely one of my favorite seasons. I love the crisp air, the delicious pumpkin, apple, and warm spices that fall brings. Plus all the wonderful and fun activities you can do. From pumpkin and/or picking, mazes, eating delicious fall flavors, etc the list goes on and on. This dish gives you a little taste of fall and it is a wonderful and easy pairing.
